| Minutes of Meeting | In the first meeting of the year, all members welcomes new president and appreciated work done by PP. New president gave sweet to all members as a gesture of welcome. Meeting started with national anthem. It was decided that plantation to be carried on 8th of july as per maximum availability of members at Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar college, Mahad. Project chatrachaya wil be carried on upcoming week and for that survey will be carried on by seniors to ensure umbrellas will be given to needy people mostly to the street vendors and distributed with maximum area coverage in mahad city as well as nearby towns. New members introduced themselves. Dates and venues decided for chatrachaya, plantation. Blood donation camp will be arranged in next month as other clubs and organisations carried out camp in this week, to ensure maximum donations. Senior members Mr.Pradip sheth & Mr.Santosh Nagarkar guided and shared their experience from past events. All the members showed enthusiasm for the project in upcoming year with the promise of one project each as a project chairperson. Everyone thanked Mr. Jagdish Vartak for making available their office to the club. The meeting conducted in healthy and friendly environment. |
